Positive: The apartment has a fairly modern renovation, there is a beautiful view from there, you can sunbathe on the balcony, the center is close and there are a lot of cafes and restaurants in the area. There is also a parking lot nearby.
Negative: however, there are many controversial and inconvenient things, for example - the apartment is located on top of an abandoned building - there is air conditioning only on the veranda - there is neither air conditioning nor windows in the bedroom - the jacuzzi on the balcony should actually be taken with pigeons - water always spills out of the shower onto the bathroom floor - the instructions for moving in need of clarification
